How do I request a new search?
We offer a web based service that is accessed using a secure login that is designated when your account is established.
What type of web security do you utilize?
Our antivirus protection is behind a Juniper NetScreen firewall with only default ports open for IIS, email, and administration. All other ports are blocked to restrict access to authorized applications only. Data is backed up daily and can be restored quickly, as necessary.

I am having problems viewing the results?
Add as a "Trusted Site". In internet explorer go to tools, Options or Internet Options. Then go to the security tab, select Trusted Sites (Green Check Mark) as the web content zone. Click the sites button, add https://*.midwestbackgrounds.com as trusted site. Or,your pop-up blockers may be on. You can bypass this by holding down the “Ctrl” key while double clicking on the view option.
